Control Data

Trig Data:

• Spherical  Coordinates (Latitude and Longitude) up to 1 minute of arc are unrestricted.

• Spherical  Coordinates of any accuracy can be supplied to the Central/State Ministries and Department on form O.(57)(b) countersigned by the competent authority.

• All grid Coordinates are restricted.

Charges

        

    Charges for Trig Data

Trig Data:  

Minimum Rs.1000/- for 5 or less than 5 points.  Rs. 200/- per point for more than 5 points.

Heights:

Levelling / Trignometical / Selected heights which  appear on unrestricted maps published by survey of India can be supplied.

Charges for Leveling Data:

 

Minimum Rs. 1000/- for 5 Bench Marks or less than 5 Bench Marks.

Rs. 200/- per Bench Mark for more than 5 Bench Marks.

Magnetic Data:

• All magnetic data is unrestricted and can be supplied.

 

 

The request for data should be made on form 0.(57)(b) (Survey of India).

 

 

Tidal Data

 

        Current charges for tidal data in non digital format follows.

 

i.	Cost of predictions for secondary port per port per year	Rs. 5,700/-
ii.	Cost of 29 days analysis	Rs. 21,400/-
iii.	Cost of non harmonic tidal level and chart datum	Rs. 2,900/-
iv.	Indian tide table	Rs. 1,710/-
v.	Hugli river tide table	Rs. 485/-
