CORRIGENDUM TO TENDER NO. MMS/2008/DMC

            It is hereby informed that the sealed tenders invited  for the procurement of software for Mobile Mapping compatible with technical specification given in Para 3 of the tender No. MMS/2008/DMC was to be received on 17^th March 2008 and the technical bid thereof was to be opened on the same day on 17^th March 2008. But due to unavoidable reason the date of receiving & opening of the tender need to be extended therefore the date is accordingly extended and now the tender shall be received on 20^th March 2008 up to 1400 hrs. and the technical bid of the same shall be opened on 20^th March 2008 at the time and place as mentioned in original tender notice. Further, after opening technical bid, the successful tenderers need to make their presentation before the board before opening price bid for comparison of rates. Please note that the price bid shall be opened only for those tenderer who qualify in technical bid.
            All other conditions shall remain unchanged.
