OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF WEST BENGAL AND SIKKIM GEO-SPATIAL DATA CENTRE,SURVEY OF INDIA, 13, WOOD STREET, KOLKATA-700016 .

TENDER NOTICE FOR HIRING OF VEHICLES .

  Sealed tenders are invited from interested transporters/suppliers/individuals for hiring of the following vehicles with drivers for field duties (for Survey work ) in the area of responsibility of West Bengal and Sikkim Geo-Spatial Data Centre, Survey of India, 13, Wood Street, Kolkata-700016, so as to reach the above mentioned address on or before 06-10-2009 by 14.00 hrs. The type of vehicles required are Tata Sumo Commander, Marshal & Tata –407 (Diesel drive only), the year of manufacture should not be earlier than 2004 and the minimum k.m. run per litre should not be less than 10 k.m. in plain and 08 k.m. in hilly areas. The interested parties/firms can obtain the tender documents (with terms and condition) from this office (Stores Section) during office hours from 10.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs from Monday to Friday on payment of Rs. 50/- only on or before 05-10-2009 (A/N).

The tender documents shall also be available on the S.O.I. website www.surveyofindia.gov.in. The Tenderers who will download the tender document from Survey of India website must submit the cost of tender document in the shape of demand Draft in favour of E & A.O., W.B. & Sikkim, GDC, Survey of India, 13, Wood Street, Kolkata-16 payable at Kolkata at the time of submission of their tender, failing which, their tenders will not be considered.

The Director, WB & Sikkim, Geo-Spatial Data Centre, Survey of India, Kolkata-700016 reserves the right to reject any or all the Tenders without assigning any reason.
