TENDER NOTICE

The Office of the Additional Surveyor General , M & G GDC, Survey of India, Phulenagar, Alandi Road, Pune-411 006, invites sealed tenders for hiring of permit vehicles(Registered as Taxies) for field duties in various places of Maharashtra & Goa. The vehicles should be diesel driven and should not be older than 3 years. The preferred type shall be Commander, Marshal, Sumo (with carrier)

Interested firm / travel agency may collect the tender document containing full details , terms & condition ,on payment of Rs. 50/- from the above office.

Last date for issue of tender document is 18 - 09-2009 at 1600 hrs.

Last date for submission of sealed tenders is 22- 09-2009 at 1600 hrs.

The Tender document will also be available on the Survey of India website “ www.surveyofindia.gov.in ” . The tenderer who will downloading the tender documents from Survey of India website must submit the cost of the tender document in the shape of Demand Draft, drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of ‘ E &AO. M & G GDC, Survey of India, Pune’ payable at Pune at the time of submission of the tender, failing which tenders will not be considered.
